A Look Behind the Scenes of Obama’s First Term in Photographs

Moorland-Spingarn Research Center will host “Barack Obama: The First Term.” The photography exhibition documents President Barack Obama’s first term as
President of the United States.

The exhibit of 60 photographs will open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday, Jan. 18 and Saturday, Jan. 19 and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20.
The exhibit will be closed Monday, Jan. 21, but will reopen to the public
Tuesday, Jan. 22 and will run through Friday, Feb. 28, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.,
Monday to Friday. There is no charge for admission to the exhibit. For more

Enterprise Technology Services Student Calendar

Have a student at Howard? Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) has launched a
Student Calendar to aid students in keeping up with important University events.
The calendar is available on the Howard Mobile app for Android and iOS, and the
Current Students page on howard.edu. The calendar will encompass all scheduled
events on the University’s Academic Calendar, such as important financial
deadlines, Residence Life move in dates and holiday closures as well as other
student-focused events. The calendar features detailed information on each event
as well as the ability to export and filter items.
