Communications Committee: This committee is responsible for publicizing the activities of the Association including monthly meetings and special events. It maintains the CA website, Facebook page, Twitter feed and Flickr photo pool. The Communications Committee Chair works closely with the Public Safety Committee Chair on the Block Captain Program.

Public Safety Committee: This committee builds and maintains relationships with the Metropolitan Police Department, the Howard University Police and other relevant agencies/entities to promote a safe LeDroit Park. The committee organizes monthly safety walks for Ledroit Park and combined Bloomingdale-LeDroit Park monthly walks.

Membership Committee: This committee helps to recruit and retain members. Volunteers help to distribute membership information at Civic Association events like happy hours and community activities, and by emailing or hand-delivering membership and renewal information to community residents.

Historic Preservation Committee: This committee gathers information on the history and culture of LeDroit Park, its residents and significant historic events. This committee shall report to the membership and advise the Association on current issues of historic preservation and appear before the District of Columbia Historic Review Board and other relevant bodies to represent the Association.

Park at LeDroit Committee: The Park at LeDroit is a new addition to our neighborhood. This committee originally focused on promoting the interests of the community during planning and construction of the park. Currently, this committee focuses on issues of maintainence, beautification and public safety (working closely with the Public Safety Committee).
